Job summary

Meow Wolf in Denver is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support building operations, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to keep the exhibition safe and engaging.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and electrical tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental goals. Strong reading of plans and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in Building Facilities Maintenance, Commercial Construction, Commercial Trades, or Building Renovation.
Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Life Safety systems and construction tasks.
Ability to read MEP plans, schematics and architectural drawings.
OSHA 10 certification or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

Safely conduct maintenance, inspections and upkeep of building systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Safety and Electrical.
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure site functionality.
Enter maintenance activities into CMMS and track inspections.
Respond to emergencies and manage safety protocols.
Support environmental initiatives and disposal/recycling programs.
