Job summary

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) seeks a hands-on Producer, Content Transformation & Immersive Experiences to own production across live, digital, multimedia, and experiential formats.

Responsibilities

• Own production of assigned events and programs from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with high creative and operational standards.
• Develop and manage production plans, schedules, budgets, run-of-show documents, vendor scopes, and other project documentation.
• Support programming development including session formats, speaker coordination, content development, rehearsals, and show flow.
• Coordinate with internal teams, IEEE volunteers, venues, speakers, agencies, and production partners to advance projects.
• Manage onsite production and execution for events, activations, panels, and programs.
• Identify production needs and potential issues early and propose practical solutions.
• Support post-event wrap-up including vendor reconciliation, asset collection, documentation, and lessons learned.
• Serve as a production partner on flagship initiatives across programming, creative, production, and onsite execution.
• Translate creative concepts into actionable plans and deliverables; support development of elevated experiences across live events, multimedia, exhibits, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure IEEE's creative vision is translated effectively.
• Assist production of keynote moments, special announcements, executive programs, exhibitions, and other high-profile activations.
• Support Milestones and Anniversary programs from planning through execution and post-event follow-up.
• Help develop scalable production templates and resources for geographically distributed IEEE programs.
• Stay informed on emerging approaches to storytelling across live events and digital experiences.
