Ansera, a leading live experiences firm, seeks an Executive Producer (Events) to lead major experiential initiatives from concept to applause. You will steer cross-functional teams of creative directors, designers, and technicians, translating client ambitions into awe-inspiring realities while managing budgets and timelines.

This hybrid role calls for a calm, strategic leader who can oversee productions end-to-end, from pitch to show-day execution, vendor negotiations, and post-event reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate live event production experience.
• 3+ years in senior producer or executive producer roles.
• Portfolio with high-end corporate events and large-scale activations.
• Knowledge of theatrical/staging, AV, lighting, fabrication, and hybrid tech.
• Experience managing 7-figure budgets and cost control.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overarching vision and narrative for experiential projects.
• Oversee end-to-end production from scoping to post-event debriefs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including creative directors and technicians.
• Manage client relationships and translate brand needs into directives.
• Oversee budgets, margins, and resource optimization.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and partners.
• Command show-day, cue-to-cue execution, and crisis management.
