Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Creative Producer to develop immersive event concepts and cohesive brand identities. You will collaborate with clients, designers, and vendors to translate objectives into compelling experiences and storytelling frameworks.

The role requires 3+ years in event production or related fields and a strong eye for design trends, with a willingness to lead the full creative process and engage with training and SOPs across the department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Proven ability to generate unique and impactful event concepts and themes.
• Background in event production, event design, entertainment management or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop original concepts for events that align with client goals, brand identities.
• Foster partnerships with clients, cross departments and vendors and stay abreast of trends in events and entertainment.
• Collaborate with technical designers, fabricators, and vendors to transform concepts into actionable design plans.
• Translate client objectives into immersive narratives and experiences, integrating storytelling and design to craft cohesive brand identities.
• Craft a storytelling framework that aligns with the event’s core purpose and engages audiences.
• Lead and orchestrate the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the envisioned aesthetic and immersive experience.
• Drive artistic direction and maintain cohesion across all elements to deliver a high-impact outcome.
• Develop a work-through plan that allows for prototypes and flexible validation of design outcomes.
