Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Experiential Artistic Director to lead high-concept design across major corporate productions in Las Vegas. You will set visual standards, guide storytelling, and manage capital-expenditure decisions for long-term creative assets.

The role requires a masterful portfolio, 7+ years in experiential design, and leadership experience, with a focus on delivering unforgettable guest journeys across premier events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant creative field.
• 7+ years in high-end event production or experiential design.
• 3+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Master-level portfolio with high-concept design and immersive storytelling.
• Experience with Capex budgets, asset acquisition, and business case evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Establish visual storytelling direction and premium aesthetic standards for all events.
• Lead ideation, design direction, and artistic direction across productions.
• Oversee Capex and acquisition of premier event technology and assets.
• Mentor a design team to push boundaries while preserving artistic integrity.
• Present creative visions and renderings to executives and premier clients.
• Collaborate with Technical Directors and Fabricators to translate designs for build.
• Monitor trends and technologies to keep MGM's experiences cutting-edge.
• Ensure design execution preserves the original vision from sketch to installation.
