MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Creative Producer to translate client objectives into immersive event concepts and cohesive brand experiences. You will guide cross-department teams, from design to fabrication, ensuring projects meet aesthetic and experiential goals.

The role focuses on mid-sized corporate, social, and in-house events, leveraging trends in design, technology, and storytelling to deliver impactful guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Proven ability to generate unique and impactful event concepts and themes.
• Background in event production, design, sales, entertainment management or technical production preferred.
• Industry certifications CMP, CSEP, DMCP, OSHA 30, etc. preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel programs (Delphi, Meeting Matrix, Social Tables) preferred.

• Brainstorm and develop original concepts for events aligned with client goals and brand identities.
• Foster partnerships with clients, cross departments and vendors; stay abreast of industry trends.
• Collaborate with technical designers, fabricators, and vendors to turn concepts into actionable design plans.
• Translate client objectives into immersive storytelling and cohesive brand experiences.
• Craft storytelling frameworks that align with the event’s core purpose and audience engagement.
• Lead the creative process from conceptualization to flawless event execution.
