Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Creative Producer to translate client objectives into immersive event concepts and cohesive experiences. You will lead concept development, collaborate with clients, design teams, and vendors to craft narratives and visual identities that align with brand and objectives.

From ideation to on-site execution, you will steer the creative process, stay ahead of trends in design and storytelling, and ensure safety and SOPs are observed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior relevant experience required.
• Ability to generate unique and impactful event concepts and themes.
• Background in event production, design, sales, entertainment management or technical production preferred.
• Industry certifications (CMP, CSEP, DMCP, OSHA 30, scissor lift, forklift, cherry picker) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, hotel programs (Delphi, Meeting Matric, Social Tables) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop original concepts for events aligned with client goals.
• Foster partnerships with clients, cross departments and vendors.
• Collaborate with technical designers, fabricators, and vendors to create actionable design plans.
• Transform client objectives into immersive narratives and brand identities.
• Lead the creative process from concept to execution for immersive experiences.
