WORLDS® is seeking an On-Site Event Representative to join our immersive projection shows at Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This part-time role emphasizes guest experience, sign-in procedures, and merchandise support.

You will be the friendly face guiding guests, managing check-ins, and coordinating with venue staff. Flexible evening shifts require reliable transportation and a calm, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or event experience required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable transportation to the venue.
• Consistent availability for scheduled dates.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: set up signage, tables, merch displays, charge devices.
• Guest Experience: greet and check in guests, answer questions.
• Merchandise Management: facilitate sales and track inventory.
• Event Oversight: monitor event flow and resolve on-site issues.
• Communication & Reporting: coordinate with Venue Operations and staff.
