WORLDS® is seeking an On-Site Event Representative in Centerport, NY for immersive projection shows at Vanderbilt Museum. The role requires reliability, leadership, and strong guest service, with paid shifts on Thursdays and Sundays from 4:30pm to 8:45pm.

Responsibilities include setup/breakdown, greeting guests, merchandise handling, and reporting issues to the Venue Operations team. Must be tech-savvy, with dependable transportation and flexible availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: set up and take down signage, tables, merch displays, and charge devices.
• Guest Experience: greet/check-in guests and ensure a seamless audience experience.
• Merchandise Management: facilitate sales and track inventory as needed.
• Event Oversight: monitor event flow and resolve on-site issues quickly.
• Communication & Reporting: maintain timely updates with Venue Operations and staff.
