You will handle guest check-ins, signage setup, merchandise support, and on-site communication with venue staff. Strong customer service and reliability are essential, with availability on Saturdays and Sundays and transportation to the venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
• Consistent availability for scheduled dates.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: set up signage, tables, merchandise displays, and charge devices.
• Guest Experience: greet guests, check in, and ensure a seamless audience experience.
• Merchandise Management: facilitate sales and track inventory as needed.
• Event Oversight: monitor event flow and resolve on-site issues quickly.
• Communication & Reporting: relay concerns to Venue Operations and provide feedback.
