Job summary

PBK is seeking an Environmental Graphic Designer to join our integrated design team serving K–12 and higher education clients. You will develop experiential graphics, branding, signage, wayfinding, and printed materials from concept through execution, collaborating with architects and interior designers to deliver community-centered environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, 2+ years of experience, and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field.
2+ years of professional experience required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Portfolio or website demonstrating design work.
Ability to travel to construction sites.

Responsibilities

Create innovative designs that adapt to materials and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with clients to develop custom visual design packages.
Work with Architects and Interior Designers to develop unique designs and plans.
Generate detailed designs and facilitate production and installation of large-scale graphics.
Communicate design concepts verbally and visually.
