Job summary

Outerkind in the United States is seeking an Experiential Graphic Designer to join our creative team and partner with the Creative Director to bring experiential environments to life. This role is ideal for a designer who loves environmental and experiential design and aims to grow into creative leadership.

You’ll contribute across ideation to production-ready assets for branded environments, large-format graphics, event activations, and immersive experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in experiential design, environmental graphics, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experiential, environmental, or large-format design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) and print-ready assets.

Responsibilities

• Design visual elements for experiential campaigns, activations, and branded environments.
• Develop environmental graphics, signage, and large-format print assets.
• Create concept mockups, renderings, and production-ready assets.
• Translate brand strategy into physical experiences that engage audiences.
• Collaborate with strategy, account, production, and creative teams throughout projects.
• Support new business through brainstorms, visuals, and pitch materials.
• Ensure consistency across physical and digital brand experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors on print specs, materials, fabrication, and install.
• Balance multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Occasional travel for client events, installations, or site visits.
