Keffer Mazda is hiring experienced Sales Associates RIGHT NOW to handle a high-volume opportunity with one of the fastest-growing brands in the market.

AGGRESSIVE PAY PLAN = REAL MONEY

• 25% Commission on Gross (NEW & USED)
• Up to $200 Mini
• Volume bonuses up to $3,000/month
• Gas & Demo Allowances up to $200/month
• Year-End Bonus: up to $20 per unit (Top Gun Award)
• High performers (20+ units/month) are positioned for serious income

BONUS STRUCTURE THAT REWARDS PRODUCERS

• 9-11.5 units → $550 bonus
• 12-14.5 units → $300 bonus
• 15-16.5 units → $1,000 bonus
• 17-20.5 units → $1,500 bonus
• 21-24.5 units → $2,000 bonus
• 25-29.5 units → $2,500 bonus
• 30+ units → $3,000 bonus
