Production Operator (DIRECT HIRE)

Starting pay: $23.75/hour+

2nd & 3rd shift positions available

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our coatings department as Production Operators in New Albany, Ohio. Production Operators will oversee machine operation, troubleshooting, general upkeep, and material mixing and preparation.

Work Environment

Work in a clean manufacturing environment where safety is a priority. Safety glasses are required, and some areas necessitate wearing hair nets, beard nets, and steel-toed boots. We operate with the following shifts: 1st shift (6AM-2:30PM), Mid shift (12:30PM-9PM), 2nd shift (2PM-10:30PM), and 3rd shift (10PM-6:30AM).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40560.00 - $56160.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
