Job summary

Aerotek in Post Falls, ID is seeking a Concrete Foreman to oversee daily activities on commercial construction sites focused on concrete work and tilt-up projects. You will coordinate crews, support carpenters, ensure safe material handling, and maintain an organized work area.

This contract role is onsite in Post Falls with standard construction hours. You will read blueprints, interpret plans, use hand, power, and measuring tools, and supervise tilting and forming tasks to meet project specs.

Job Description

The Concrete Foreman oversees daily activities on commercial construction sites, focusing on concrete work and tilt-up projects. This role coordinates crews, supports carpenters, ensures safe and efficient material handling, and maintains a clean and organized work area while using a variety of hand, power, and measuring tools.

Work Environment

This role is based on active commercial construction work sites, primarily focused on tilt-up projects. Work takes place outdoors and indoors depending on project phase and weather conditions, and may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. You regularly use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools while moving materials and supporting carpentry and concrete activities. Projects range across multiple locations from Airway Heights to Post Falls, so travel between sites may be required. Typical workdays follow standard construction hours, and attire should be durable, job-site appropriate clothing with necessary personal protective equipment such as work boots, hard hat, and safety gear as required.

This is a Contract position based out of Post Falls, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
