Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Production Supervisor in the North Chicago area to supervise and direct production operations for the division. You will oversee Line Leaders, hourly staff, and cleaning personnel while promoting safe behavior and continuous improvement.

The role requires experience leading production teams in manufacturing, plus strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is expected to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct production operations for the division.
• Manage Line Leaders, hourly production staff and cleaning personnel.

• Ensure health and safety regulations are met across all operations.
• Monitor workflow, resolve issues and maintain production schedules.
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence as needed.
• Communicate with employees and customers in group settings.
