Right at Home - Monterey Bay is hiring compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and people with disabilities in the Watsonville area. Our team is equipped with PPE and ready to assist with essential care, improving quality of life for those we serve.

We offer day and night shifts, weekly pay, health plans, and mileage reimbursement, with opportunities to grow within a national home care organization.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Willing to commute to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville, Soquel areas.
• Background check required.
• CNA/Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform transfers and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and snacks as instructed.
• Escort clients to appointments and errands.
• Provide medication reminders and dementia care support.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities.

Conhecimentos
