Right at Home Monterey Bay is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities. Earn $18.00–$22.00/hour, with day and night shifts available across the week. PPE is provided and onboarding is supported, with benefits and rewards for dedicated care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• 1 year of caregiving experience (family or professional).
• Willing to commute to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville, Soquel areas.
• possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.
• Willing to complete all onboarding paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Help with transferring/moving clients safely within the home.
• Limit housekeeping to ≤ 20% of tasks (housekeeping duties listed).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming; provide reminders for medications.
• Support range of motion exercises and dementia care.
• Provide companionship through reading, music, puzzles, etc.
