Job summary

Right at Home - Monterey Bay is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Monterey Bay area. Earn $18.00-$22.00 per hour with day and night shifts available. We provide PPE, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a growth‑oriented home care company.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and caregiving experience. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• 1 year of experience in caregiving (Family members or professional)
• Willing to commute to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville, Soquel areas
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
• Willing to complete all onboarding paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care per client needs
• Transfer/move clients safely within the home
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders
• Support range of motion exercises and dementia care
• Offer companionship through activities like reading or music
