The ideal candidate is well-versed in multiple versions of iMIS, maintains a service-focused demeanor, and collaborates with internal and external teams to enable self-serve data delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer-service focused role supporting staff and leadership during platform migration.
• Experience with the iMIS AMS platform and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal point of contact for AMS/iMIS-related support.
• Assist in transition from desktop to cloud-based iMIS site; testing, data confirmation, and reporting.
