Job summary

St Mary's Health Care System, part of Trinity Health, seeks an experienced RN for the Intermediate Care Unit. The role involves patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

This is a 12-hour day shift with weekday coverage and no call or weekends. Ideal candidates hold an active Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and have completed an accredited nursing program.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license (BLS through American Heart Association)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Refresher course in last 6 months if practice paused >5 years

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in IMCU (13-bed unit) and develop/evaluate/modify care plans; collaborate with care team
• Provide nursing care using nursing process, therapeutic communication, and clinical skills to achieve patient outcomes
