Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or substantially equivalent to Georgia programs.
• Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
• Prior experience in preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop, evaluate, and modify the patient care plan for IMCU patients.
• Perform complex patient-care procedures specific to RN expertise.
• Function as a Care Team member to achieve pathway-based patient outcomes.
• Provide care to patients using nursing processes, therapeutic self, environment, and teamwork.
• Deliver care in accordance with established standards.
