Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA seeks an RN Supervisor for IMCU to oversee nursing and patient care services in the acute cardiac/stroke/stepdown unit. The role supports daily operations, budget management, staffing, and staff development, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and family satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher, an active RN license in Virginia, BLS within 90 days, and at least 2 years of bedside

Qualifications

• RN with valid license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least 2 years of bedside experience.
• At least 1 year of RN leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care services staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
• Assist manager in budgeting, purchasing, and payroll processes.
• Serve as a clinical/technical resource and mentor staff; ensure appropriate coverage.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
