The supervisor collaborates with the nurse manager on staffing, budgeting, and training, while providing clinical leadership and developing a reliable team in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in state of practice.
• Bachelor's in Nursing or higher nursing degree required.
• At least 2 years bedside experience and 1 year RN leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises patient care staff to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Assists manager with budgeting, purchasing, and payroll coordination.
• Mentors and supports staff; coordinates staff education and precepting.
