Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit on days at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role requires 36 hours per week with shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm and every other weekend.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or BSN, Illinois nursing license, and CPR certification. The organization offers competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities within a Magnet-recognized system.

Competenze

Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
Current licensure to practice nursing in Illinois
Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association

Mansioni

Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.
Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.
Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their learning needs.
Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.
