Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire required or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collect patient data including vital signs, height, weight, oxygen saturation, intake/output, and calories.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and mobility.
• Support patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform finger-stick blood glucose monitoring.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and maintain professionalism.
• Maintain infection control and PPE use; support performance improvement and safety goals.
