Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, Texas RN license or eligible compact, current BLS & ACLS, and 1+ year of experience. BSN within 3 years of hire, PCCN preferred. Orientation and career ladder opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid Texas RN License/Eligible Compact License.
• Current BLS & ACLS certification from American Heart Association.
• BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire.
• PCCN Certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement or delegate, plan and evaluate total nursing care.
• Relate effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care.
