Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing and support staff and delegates tasks.
• Evaluates staff performance with coaching to maintain care standards.
• Oversees assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintains unit communications, handoffs, and patient safety compliance.
• Leads infection prevention initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
• Responds to emergencies within the unit and ensures training needs are met.
• Monitors resources and bed assignments for efficient operations.
