Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Active RN license for Indiana or multi-state compact.
• BCLS (and ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred).
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to plan care.
• Respond to emergencies with CPR and code team participation.
• Document care accurately in the medical record.
• Operate and monitor essential medical equipment as needed.
