Northwest Health – La Porte Hospital is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for the IMCU unit. The RN oversees nursing operations during 7p–7a shifts, supervising staff and coordinating patient care to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing unit operations during shifts.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to maintain care standards.
• Coordinate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
• Ensure clear communication among physicians, patients, families and departments.
