Job description

iManage Systems Analyst - Remote Option Available

Founded in 1920, Akerman is recognized as one of the country’s premier law firms, with more than 700 lawyers in 25 offices throughout the United States.

Akerman is seeking an iManage Systems Analyst for its National Administrative Group. The position is open to national recruitment and is approved for remote work.

This role focuses on maintenance and support of iManage systems.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Install, configure, administer, maintain, document, and support the Firm’s DMS technology, including iManage Work 10, SPM, IRM, Microsoft SQL, RAVN, RBRO Solutions tools, and integrations with third-party applications.
  2. Analyze feature improvements within iManage and related tools, and provide recommendations.
  3. Perform tasks to ensure a high-performance iManage environment.
  4. Document, test, and deploy new software releases.
  5. Support document imports for attorneys joining the firm.
  6. Monitor document activity using automated reporting tools.
  7. Provide advanced troubleshooting and end-user support for escalated issues.
  8. Participate in 24/7 support as part of the IT department’s on-call rotation.
Job Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of hands-on iManage administration experience, including iManage Work 10 and RAVN.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a medium or large law firm.
  3. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, project management ability, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation.
  4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
