Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an imaging co-op to perform procedures under supervision in a university-aligned program. You will work within Diagnostic Imaging-SJHN at St Josephs North, adhering to modality standards and program requirements while developing clinical skills in radiology, nuclear medicine, or ultrasound.

Candidates must be enrolled in the relevant imaging program and meet all internship prerequisites; BLS is required to maintain patient safety and clinical readiness.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in radiology, nuclear medicine, or ultrasound internship/training program.
• Must meet internship/training program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures under the supervision of Medical Imaging team members.
• Follow guidelines of professional practice standards for the modality and the clinical program they are enrolled in.

Summary

Perform imaging procedures under the general supervision of Medical Imaging team members, performs imaging procedures utilizing the guidelines of the professional practice standards of specific modalities the co-op experience is in. Perform procedures according to requirements of clinical program they are enrolled in and practices within the licensure requirements for given imaging modality.
