Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology required.
• Current ARRT certification required.
• Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment to obtain diagnostic images under supervision.
• Perform quality control to ensure image quality.
• Prepare patients and educate for radiographic procedures.

Job SummaryThe Imaging Technologist utilizes radiographic (X-ray) equipment to perform diagnostic procedures for evaluating patient conditions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and supporting clinical procedures, including the removal of orthopedic casts, splints, sutures, and staples as directed by a physician.
