Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an Imaging Technician to support the Case Processing Operation Center within the Defense and Intel Operating Group. This on-site role is based at Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA, with work location decided by workload and leadership approval.

You will identify documents and verify print accuracy, serialize cases, scan and calibrate imaging equipment, and perform QA to ensure legibility and timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Plan, organize and complete multiple assignments timely.
• Basic computer/office literacy; MS Office familiarity.
• Effective written and oral communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to interpret manuals, emails and instructions.
• Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site with a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• U.S. citizenship and successful background check; reside near Boyers, PA.

Responsibilities

• Identify documents and verify print accuracy.
• Serialize cases and materials in numerical order.
• Receive and forward cases to correct destinations using software.
• Scan documents and calibrate imaging/microfilm scanners.
• Provide QA for examination of electronic and hardcopy documents.
• Operate software and microfilm equipment to ensure legibility.
• Retrieve investigative records from microfilm as needed.
• Audit materials for accuracy and redact documents.
• Support department, contract, or business needs.
