Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Imaging Systems to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites across the Kansas City, KS/MO area.

The role requires 1+ year in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in other electromechanical fields, plus an associate degree in electronics or related field. This is a field role with substantial travel and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field required.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using appropriate tools and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage service-related communications.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, installation documents, and required paperwork following regulations.
