Job summary

Block Imaging International is seeking a technician to deliver high-quality service and support for medical imaging customers. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience, particularly with Philips and GE systems. This position also offers numerous benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering is preferred.
• Ideal candidate will have Philips and/or GE CT/MR field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, evaluate, and maintain medical imaging equipment.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems to customer expectations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on medical imaging equipment.
• Communicate customer feedback internally to improve services.
