Stanford Health Care is seeking an Application Analyst I to join our information technology team in Palo Alto. This entry-level role focuses on learning Epic modules, supporting applications, and building technical/workflow knowledge over 2–3 years to progress to Application Analyst II.

You will provide tier-2 incident support, monitor applications, assist in small upgrades, and document workflows while collaborating with IT teams and undergoing Epic training.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT or health administration.
• Five years healthcare/office experience may substitute for the degree.
• No prior healthcare IT experience required; internship or help desk experience is a plus

Mansioni

• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents through the help desk.
• Monitor production applications daily.
• Assist in implementation of low-complexity tools and upgrades.
• Assist in testing of new implementations and upgrades.
• Document routine workflows using templates and standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams across Infrastructure, Analytics and help desk
