Job summary

LCMC Health in New Orleans is seeking a Radiology & Imaging Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Radiology Department and elevate imaging excellence. You will coach technologists, partner with radiologists, providers and hospital leaders, and drive workflow improvements to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of radiology/imaging diagnostic experience.
• Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners license.
• ARRT Radiography certification.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support HeartSaver & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Radiology & Imaging operations.
• Coach, develop and mentor team members.
• Build schedules to keep the department running smoothly.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, orientation and evaluations.
• Review timecards, monitor staffing and support budget goals.
• Standardize imaging protocols and promote image quality consistent across the department.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care and department efficiency.
• Support radiation safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with providers, radiologists, and hospital leaders.
• Assist in optimizing EPIC and Radiant workflows.
