Christiana Care Health Services, Inc. is seeking an evening shift support specialist in a high imaging department. You will answer and route calls, upload outside imaging studies for radiologists, burn CDs, and print patient imaging records.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years related medical office experience.
• Experience handling radiology-related tasks is preferred.
• Ability to upload external imaging studies for radiologists.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and route calls in a high imaging department and/or office.
• Obtain and upload outside imaging studies for comparison for radiologist.
• Burn CDs and print patients’ medical imaging records.
• Connect and resolve outside images sent to the PACS system for providers.
• Operate computer systems and office equipment safely.
• Interact with patients, families, physicians, and staff courteously and professionally.
• Comply with Joint Commission regulations for critical results communication and documentation.
• Work 24/7 in an acute hospital setting including weekdays and weekends; maintain backup for emergent staffing needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
