Virginia Commonwealth University Health is seeking a Radiology Info Support Associate for the Evenings shift to handle image imports and records distribution within Radiology Informatics and Engineering. You will import images, maintain electronic records, and coordinate with other facilities to obtain reports.

The role requires 4+ years in radiology image management or an associate degree with related experience; HS diploma is necessary, with a support team ready for evening coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years radiology image management/PACS experience or 6 months with an Associate degree in related field.

Responsabilités

• Import images into McKesson and manage imaging records.
• Process image archival, outside consults, CD creation and document transfer.
• Use imaging applications to import images from outside CDs into PACS.
• Communicate with other facilities to obtain reports and records.
• Create new patient image records and merge outside images with existing accounts.
