Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated lead experience in a supply chain, project, service, or operational role.
• Ability to travel 30–50% as required by business needs.
• Technical background in mechanical/electrical engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional service delivery and resource planning.
• Drive NPS improvements and resolve customer issues.
• Support new product launches with post-sales planning.
• Lead escalated service cases and cross-functional improvements.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers on resolutions.
• Improve order fulfilment and analyze install-base data.
