Job summary

Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks an Imaging Operations Coordinator I to support imaging studies by ensuring accurate receipt, processing, tracking, and management of clinical trial imaging data. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to clinical research programs while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work from our Philadelphia offices is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in bioscience, CS, IT or related field.
• Availability to work on a hybrid basis from Philadelphia offices.
• Minimum one year of experience with computer hardware and software applications.
• Familiarity with PC-based systems and common business software (email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• Knowledge of clinical research or pharmaceutical operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Process imaging and study-related data for assigned clinical trials.
• Review, track, monitor, and validate data from sites for accuracy and protocol compliance.
• Verify transmittal documentation and confirm received media and patient data.
• Enter, upload, and manage imaging data within study databases and prepare images.
• Identify and escalate data discrepancies to study teams for resolution.
• Process web-submitted study data and maintain accurate study records.
• Communicate with internal teams and clinical sites to obtain required information.
• Ensure timely processing of data and generate site communications for client satisfaction.
• Support workflow documentation and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Maintain study databases and review departmental documents.
