Qualifications
- Master's degree in life sciences or bioengineering.
- 10+ years in product management in life science tools.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
- 5+ years of microscopy and image analysis experience.
- Proven ability to define strategies and roadmaps for imaging portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of product managers and product owners.
- Manage full product lifecycle across instruments, software, reagents and consumables.
- Drive profitability and value-based pricing for existing lines.
- Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps and requirements.
- Analyze market trends and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers, field teams and stakeholders for requirements.
- Conduct competitive analyses and build business cases for decisions.
