Job summary

ConcertAI seeks a visionary, AI-first Product Leader to drive productization and GoToMarket (GTM) for our AI-driven Imaging Workflow Solutions. This role will own the product vision, strategy, commercialization, and product P&L metrics for an intelligent clinical pathways platform designed to improve patient outcomes while maximizing reimbursement performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare product leadership and commercialization.
• Experience launching enterprise imaging or AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements and value-based care.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into financial and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for AI-driven clinical pathways and reimbursement solutions.
• Own product P&L, revenue growth, and overall financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Regulatory.
• Partner with Sales to win lighthouse clients and close enterprise deals.
