Job summary

North Star Imaging (NSI) in Rogers, MN is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to own the strategy behind our imaging portfolio. You will translate customer insight into products, pricing decisions, roadmaps, and launches with major impact for global markets.

You will lead market research, VOC data collection, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Sourcing to maximize portfolio profitability and growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business; MBA preferred.
• Experience with VOC research and new product innovation.
• Experience with industrial, scientific, or instrumentation equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow the product portfolio by developing and implementing marketing and growth plans.
• Lead product lifecycle management and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and VOC data collection.
• Identify and pursue new product opportunities and growth segments.
• Analyze sales trends and create dashboards for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Sourcing on product improvements.
