Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Portfolio Manager to drive portfolio strategy by translating customer, market, and competitive insights into product recommendations. You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial teams to guide lifecycle management, evaluate growth opportunities, and support development and launch of innovative solutions that strengthen the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of work experience required.
Ability to be in Cary, IL office 3x a week.

Responsibilities

Drive portfolio strategy by translating customer, market, and competitive insights into product and business recommendations.
Partner with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial teams to guide product lifecycle management and launch of solutions.
Conduct market, customer, patient, and competitive research to identify trends and develop value propositions.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform business decisions, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Lead and support new product development initiatives across the product lifecycle.
Develop financial business cases, ROI analyses, and funding recommendations for product investments.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Clinical Affairs on launch plans, evidence-generation, and messaging.
Develop and execute product lifecycle strategies in line with business goals and portfolio growth.
Evaluate customer acquisition/retention opportunities and market expansion potential.
