MyMichigan Health seeks an Imaging Manager to oversee daily operations of the imaging department across modalities (CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Ultrasound, X-ray). You will drive policy adherence, budgeting, performance evaluations, staff coaching, and strategic initiatives within a matrix reporting framework.
Responsibilities include HR oversight, hiring, training, and performance reviews, while ensuring regulatory standards and quality metrics are met.
Competenze
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years supervisory experience required.
- Currently registered by an accredited organization.
- Leadership skills to direct a group.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic marketing techniques and financial analysis.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication.
Mansioni
- (20%) HR duties including coaching, corrective action and policy adherence.
- (20%) Screen applicants and hire/orient new employees.
- (20%) Supervise and coordinate department activities.
- (20%) Develop new tests and procedures; coordinate with marketing and physician liaison teams.
- (20%) Monitor imaging regulatory standards and ensure accreditation compliance.
