Job summary

WVU Medicine is seeking a Supervisor Imaging Services MRI at Ruby Memorial Hospital to lead day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, training, and protocol adherence. Qualifications

• Must possess current licensure as required by the state board where services will be provided.
• Registered in imaging modality with ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Five years of imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging staff, schedule, and training to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise recruitment, selection, and retention of staff.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance appraisals.
• Develop and maintain imaging protocols across all sections.
• Monitor QA audits and image evaluation activities.
• Mentor staff and promote teamwork across departments.
