Job summary

WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals seeks an Imaging Services Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, and training across radiology sections. Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure as required by each state where services will be provided.
• ARRT/NMTCB/ARMRIT imaging registries acceptable for certification.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Five years of imaging experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and ensure a cohesive imaging team across sections.
• Lead interviewing, selection and retention of staff; conduct orientations.
• Perform performance appraisals and provide feedback to management.
• Assist budgeting and fiscal planning in coordination with leadership.
• Develop and maintain imaging protocols with radiologists and managers.
• Oversee quality assurance, safety, and education programs.
