Job summary

Renown Health is seeking a Radiology leader to plan, direct and optimize imaging services across modalities, clerical, and registration functions. The role includes budgeting, staffing, and maintaining high quality patient care in line with federal and state requirements.

The incumbent must manage operations, train staff, and ensure continual improvement while meeting organizational goals and mission alignment.

Qualifications

• AMA approved 2-year radiology program or equivalent Ultrasonography program.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Radiology preferred.
• Two years supervisory/management experience in acute health care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead staff to ensure cost-effective patient care per regulations.
• Oversee Radiology operations including scheduling, cross-training, budgeting and hiring.
• Ensure high-quality services for Radiology and related registration functions.
• Meet monthly with staff to discuss issues, problem solving, and marketing ideas.
• Possess independent decision-making for financial, HR, and quality strategies.
• Operate hospital and department computer systems and complete required training.
